Understand the types of tobacco and the characteristics of flue-cured tobacco.
SPECIFIC OUTCOME 2
Understand the varieties of tobacco and be able to implement the preparation of seedbeds and care of seedlings.

Learn and understand the importance of land preparation and fertilisation.

Understand the time of planting, pulling of seedlings, water management, and organisation at planting.

Manage and control weeds, diseases, and pests and implement topping and suckering of the crop.

Understand the reaping process, including the time of reaping, methods of reaping, and accommodation of the reaped crop in barns.
